Administrative contract for grant funding under the Programme "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" 2021–2027, procedure BG16RFPR001-1.004 "Support for family enterprises, creative industries and crafts"
On 10 July 2025, EMILI-PROEKT EOOD signed an administrative contract for grant funding No. BG16RFPR001-1.004-1718-C01 with the Ministry of Innovation and Growth, Directorate General "European Funds for Competitiveness", for the project "Improving production capacity at EMILI-PROEKT EOOD" under procedure BG16RFPR001-1.004. The project is funded by the Programme "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" 2021–2027, co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund. The planned duration is 12 months. Total project value: BGN 27,908.00, of which BGN 14,651.70 is EU grant funding and BGN 6,279.30 is national grant funding.
Project aim and specific objectives
- The project aims to improve production process efficiency, achieve higher productivity, reduce production costs, and optimise the production chain through the grant provided, in line with the main objective of the procedure.
- Implementation of new technologies in the production process to ensure sustainable development in a dynamic, highly competitive market economy.
- Improvement of service delivery and increased enterprise productivity to meet market demand and create conditions for expanding market position.
- Provision of the conditions needed to add new characteristics and improve existing products in order to fully meet growing market requirements.
- Reduction of production costs through optimisation of production chains.
By achieving these objectives, the company will further develop its economic capacity and create conditions for growth through improved technological processes and expanded activity, while also contributing to restoring the business potential of enterprises affected in the period before COVID-19.
The investments under this project proposal are also aligned with the horizontal principles set out in Article 9 of Regulation (EU) No 2021/1060, as well as the "do no significant harm" principle.
